Integrated Science_MONGCAL (Garnet, Opal & Ruby)

Integrated Science introduces Grade 7 students to the nature of science and the basic science concepts that shape their understanding of Earth and its systems. This course traces the history of scientific thought and highlights what distinguishes science from other fields of study. The students will apply basic science process skills through structured, inquiry-based learning and basic laboratory activities with an emphasis on collecting empirical data and applying scientific protocols. Likewise, this course covers the interaction and over time transformation of the Geosphere and Biosphere as components of the Earth System.
