Q4 Website Project Submission

1. The link to your code repository and live server of Github
2. The website project should contain the following:

• The final project should fully implement the design of the website including that of an HTML form and a simple use of the data collected through it and the implementation of full CRUD.
• All pertinent meta tags and titles should be included inside each .html documents.
• Your website should carry a favicon/site icon displayed every time on the browser tab. The icon to be used would be up to you and appropriate for your website.
• Pertinent Comments should also be incorporated in all files, especially your JS file
• Source Citations using APA format should be incorporated as well and client/user facing on the footer section per page.
• Use of images and media files are required.
• CSS and JS should be inside external files, unless very specific to a web page

Please do not copy and paste text in your website, and images/multimedia resources should be original, or used with permission, or are free to use as indicated by their creators, otherwise the project will not be graded.
